Specialist coaching for adults with ADHD, with or without a diagnosis.

Qualified ADHD coach living in Brighton

If you are looking for an ADHD coach, it is likely you are feeling stuck or finding aspects of life hard and need some help - I’ve been there. Having ADHD myself means I share your lived experience and understand what it is like to have a busy brain that won’t stop and to feel like much of life is out of control.

My coaching is supportive, validating and relational. I will help you to understand your unique brain, and empower you to embrace your strengths and thrive.

Sessions can be in person or via Zoom

There are two coaching options:

  • One-off 90 minute intensive session: ideal for gaining clarity on a specific challenge

  • A run of consecutive 60 minute sessions (minimum of 6), which offers deeper, ongoing support to build lasting strategies, habits, and self-understanding over time
