Specialist coaching for adults with ADHD, with or without a diagnosis.
I am a qualified ADHD coach living in Brighton.
If you are looking for an ADHD coach, it is likely you are feeling stuck or finding aspects of life hard and need some help - I’ve been there. Having ADHD myself means I share your lived experience and understand what it is like to have a busy brain that won’t stop and to feel like much of life is out of control.
My coaching is supportive, validating and relational. I will help you to understand your unique brain, and empower you to embrace your strengths and thrive.
Sessions can be in person or via Zoom, depending on your location and what you are comfortable with.
You can choose between two coaching options: a one-off 90 minute intensive session, ideal for gaining clarity on a specific challenge or jumpstarting your ADHD support, or a run of consecutive 60 minute sessions (minimum of 6), which offers deeper, ongoing support to build lasting strategies, habits, and self-understanding over time.

Sessions are 60 minutes long (or 90 minutes for one-off intensives) and are designed to be focused but not overly formal.
You don’t have to prepare anything in advance (some do, some don’t), just show up as you are. We'll talk about what’s working, what’s getting in the way, and what might help, in a way that feels grounded and manageable.
It’s a collaborative space where you can think out loud, explore patterns, and try out practical tools without judgment.
You’ll get a short written summary after the session to capture key things that come up and next steps.
Coaching is about real life, so bring your tea, your fidget toys, your messy thoughts.
All of it is welcome.
